C. Titilola Aboyade-Cole

Founder & President

C. Titilola Aboyade-Cole is the Founder and President of IILM. She is a leadership and business transformation professional, Agile consultant, executive coach, trainer, entrepreneur and experienced business leader whose career spans organisational transformation, management, professional development, consulting, training, media and enterprise.

Over more than three decades, she has founded, managed and developed businesses and organisations across multiple sectors in the UK and Nigeria. Her work has centred on leading change, improving organisational performance, developing people and teams, solving business challenges and supporting individuals and organisations through transformation.

Training and people development have been a significant part of her professional journey through platforms including Podium Academy and CoachTAC, where she has designed and delivered training, workshops and development programmes. Her wider professional practice incorporates Agile and Scrum methodologies, business and organisational transformation, leadership development, executive coaching, career development and entrepreneurship.

She is also Founder and President of Women in Leadership and Business (WINLAB), and her wider work spans community development, youth empowerment, media, publishing, film and storytelling.

Institute Secretary

A legal practitioner with over 13 years of post-call professional experience, based in Lagos, Nigeria. He runs his own legal practice, holds an LLB and has undertaken additional professional and leadership development. As Institute Secretary he supports institutional administration, documentation, coordination and professional affairs.

Christiana Ayalomeh

Membership & Onboarding Specialist

An experienced administrative professional with a background in executive support and school administration, with practical experience in coordination, communication, record management, stakeholder support and organisational administration. She supports membership administration, applicant engagement and onboarding, helping provide an organised, professional and welcoming member experience.

Akinlotan Oluwabunmi Janet

Programme & CPD Support

An administrative professional with experience in executive support, school administration and community development. She has a background in Accounting and is currently undertaking undergraduate studies in Psychology at Lagos State University. She supports the coordination and administration of IILM programmes and continuing professional development activities, including programme documentation, participant support and effective delivery of learning and development initiatives.

Omogbolahan Idris Ajala

Regional Coordinator, Africa

An architect, urban planner and creative economy strategist with more than 16 years of professional experience, with a strong record in leadership, strategic development, stakeholder engagement, partnership building and cross-sector collaboration. He supports IILM's growth, strategic relationships and professional community across Africa and the wider diaspora.

Kay Adeisa, Regional Coordinator, Europe at IILM

Kay Adeisa

Regional Coordinator, Europe

A project management professional, entrepreneur and graduate of International Law and Diplomacy with over a decade of professional experience across different sectors. She currently works in project management in the UK alongside running her own business, and has longstanding involvement with TAC Foundation and coordination experience with the Movement Against Drugs and Violence (MADAV) in the UK. She brings project delivery, coordination, business management, leadership and community engagement to IILM's European relationships.

Sheyi Oyelowo, Regional Coordinator, North America at IILM

Sheyi Oyelowo

Regional Coordinator, North America

An experienced educator, trainer, entrepreneur and mental health practitioner based in Canada, with a professional career spanning more than three decades. A qualified teacher and College of Education graduate, she has extensive experience in teaching, training and people development, and is also a practising mental health professional in Canada. She leads IILM's engagement across North America with a focus on education, training and mentorship.

IILM Advisory Council

The IILM Advisory Council brings together accomplished professionals and leaders from diverse sectors and backgrounds who contribute strategic insight, experience and professional perspectives to the Institute. The Council contributes to strategic direction and institutional development, leadership and management practice, international growth and engagement, professional partnerships, membership development, emerging professional and business trends, innovation, impact and IILM's continued professional standing.

Lorraine Bulger, IILM Advisory Council member

Lorraine Bulger

An experienced executive leader, educator, trainer and management professional with more than 30 years of experience in organisational leadership and people development. She has held senior executive responsibility for a London-based organisation of approximately 70 people, providing leadership and oversight across organisational operations, team management, training and development. She has extensive experience as a trainer, educator, mentor and personal development practitioner, and has provided individual consultancy and professional guidance.

Mandy Balogun, IILM Advisory Council member

Mandy Balogun

A Senior Project Manager and transformation professional with extensive experience in project delivery, organisational change and stakeholder management. She holds an LLB in Law and a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Greenwich. Her professional experience includes work with Citizens Advice in London and substantial project management and transformation contracting. She has held significant organisational responsibility, including senior secretariat and leadership roles, with experience in coordination, governance and strategic communication, and supports professionals with career development and CV guidance.

Otunba Arc. Mobolaji Falase, IILM Advisory Council member

Otunba Arc. Mobolaji Falase

A distinguished architect, project management professional, business leader, educator and community leader with a career spanning more than four decades across the UK and Nigeria. Professionally trained in architecture and interior design in London, including architectural studies at the Architectural Association School of Architecture and postgraduate study in Architectural Management and Project Management. His career includes senior architectural and project management responsibilities within UK public-sector organisations including the London Borough of Lewisham, and involvement in major development and regeneration initiatives. He is founder and Chairman of an architectural and surveying practice and has lectured in architecture and interior design in UK higher education. He brings extensive governance, board, trustee, community and diaspora leadership experience, including service as President of the Yoruba Council of Elders Europe and America.
