Our History
Founded by a coalition of academics, executives and professional educators, IILM began as a response to the growing need for consistent, internationally recognised leadership standards. Today we operate across more than 60 countries, partnering with universities, corporate academies and professional bodies to deliver qualifications and development that matter.
From our first certification programme to our current suite of memberships, fellowships and continuing professional development, our focus has remained the same: to equip leaders with the knowledge, skills and networks they need to make a difference.
