Who can apply?
Fellowship is by application and peer review. Candidates typically have 10 or more years of senior experience and a record of contribution beyond their immediate organisation.
- Senior leadership or management role with demonstrable impact
- Significant contribution to the profession or sector
- Commitment to ethical leadership and continuous development
- Evidence of thought leadership, mentoring or community impact
- Endorsement from two existing IILM Fellows or senior referees
