Fellowship is the senior grade of IILM membership, recognising leadership and management capability and contribution. It sits at the top of the Institute's progression pathway.
Student Member, Member, Associate Fellow, Fellow
Honorary Fellowship is a separate recognition conferred by the Institute. It is not a higher progression grade after Fellow.
Professional Recognition
Fellowship recognises significant leadership and management contribution within the profession.
International Community
Fellows form part of an international professional community of leaders and managers.
Contribution
Fellows can contribute to the Institute's professional community, learning and development work.
Continuing Development
Fellowship is supported by continuing professional development throughout your career.
The FIILM Post-Nominal
FIILM means Fellow of the International Institute of Leadership & Management. It is reserved exclusively for formally admitted Fellows whose Fellowship is current and in good standing, for example, Jane Smith, FIILM.
Student Members, Members and Associate Fellows may not use FIILM. Honorary Fellowship is a separate recognition and does not automatically confer the use of FIILM.
Investiture ceremonies, guest attendance, ceremonial robes and regalia and other optional ceremonial services are separate from annual membership fees and may carry separate charges.
