Mrs Olushola Adekemi Karin Keshinro

Mrs Olushola Adekemi Karin Keshinro is a distinguished education leader and Director of Education in the Lagos State Government, with over 25 years of exemplary experience in public service, educational administration and institutional leadership.

She holds master's degrees in Business Administration and Educational Administration and is a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administrators of Nigeria. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to educational excellence, effective governance, professional development and institutional advancement.

A passionate advocate for children's welfare and empowerment, she is the Founder of the Karin Foundation, an initiative dedicated to supporting indigent and vulnerable children through educational opportunities, mentorship and personal development.

As a member of the Academic and Professional Standards Council of the International Institute of Leadership & Management (IILM), she brings extensive expertise in educational leadership, institutional governance and capacity building, contributing to the Institute's commitment to academic excellence, professional integrity and sustainable leadership development.
